📦 Return Eligibility

You can request a Return or Replacement within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

✔️ Wrong product received
✔️ Damaged product received
✔️ Defective product received
✔️ Missing items inside the package
✔️ Customer wants to return a non-defective product (unused and in original condition)

⚠️ All returns must be unused, in original packaging and with invoice.


❌ Return Not Accepted If

✖️ Product is used after delivery
✖️ Original packaging, tags, or invoice is missing
✖️ Return request is raised after 7 days of delivery


🔁 Return / Replacement Process

1️⃣ Email us at support@a2cart.in within 7 days
2️⃣ Share your Order ID + photos/video of the product
3️⃣ Our team will verify the request
4️⃣ Once approved, A2Cart arranges FREE pickup
5️⃣ Refund / Replacement is processed after quality check


💰 Refund Process

✔️ Refund will be issued to the original payment method
✔️ Processing time: Up to 7 working days after returned product is verified


🔄 Replacement Policy

If you choose replacement instead of refund,
📦 we will ship a new product once we receive and verify the returned item.


🚫 Order Cancellation

✔️ Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
❌ Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
